Agreement
By joining the SOAR waitlist or using trysoar.com, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.
The waitlist
The waitlist is an expression of interest. A spot on the waitlist is not a guarantee of access, a financial instrument, or an offer to sell or solicit any security. SOAR reserves the right to remove spots for abuse, duplicate signups, or other violations of these terms.
Referrals
Referral credit is attributed based on the invite link the new user arrives from. Self-referral, bot-driven referrals, or other attempts to game the position system are prohibited and will result in removal.
Acceptable use
- Don’t attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the service.
- Don’t scrape, automate, or redistribute the site beyond fair use.
No investment advice
Nothing on this site constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Any descriptions of private companies or trading functionality are forward-looking and subject to change.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, SOAR isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or waitlist.
